The Bedfordshire Charitable Trust (BCT) and Bedfordia Developments are pleased to share their proposals for a residential development on land off Station Road, Oakley. The site is allocated in the Made Oakley Neighbourhood Plan (ONP), identifying Oakley as a key settlement with the provision of a housing target figure of 25 – 50 dwellings.
