Adjacent to Highfield Court, Highfield Parc was built on a former plant depot adjacent to the newly built A6 Bypass in Bedfordshire. Bedfordia and their consultant team successfully achieved planning to develop a eight-unit scheme, completed in 2009. The scheme consists of large units – up to 5,500sqft each, housing long term tenants from 5 – 15 years, which include QinetiQ, Bluebear Research Systems Ltd, Trillium Flow Services UK Ltd and Aetna (UK) Ltd. The site is managed by Kirkby Diamond Ltd.
