The Milton Ernest Neighbourhood Plan 2020-2030 was adopted by referendum in 2021 and allocated Land at Rushden Road Milton Ernest for the development of 25 houses to meet Milton Ernest’s identified housing needs for the plan period.

Bedfordia Developments have engaged with Bedford Borough Council in pre planning application discussions to agree the parameters of the technical appraisals required to bring the site forward for development.
