Bedfordia and their&nbsp;consultant team successfully achieved planning to&nbsp;develop a&nbsp;eight-unit scheme,&nbsp;completed in 2009.&nbsp;The scheme consists of large units \u2013 up to 5,500sqft each, housing long term tenants from 5 \u2013 15 years, which include QinetiQ, Bluebear Research Systems Ltd, Trillium Flow Services UK Ltd and Aetna (UK) Ltd.
